Our Mission
The Cross Bridge “Mission” is to reliably access, mobilize, coordinate, deconflict and progressively transfer core capabilities under a transparent and auditable framework in support of our partners P2F program by, with, & through our global strategic parters and regional supply chain subsidiaries.
Cross Bridge will focus its “Strategic Center of Gravity” to support the following three (3) disciplines:
Support client airframe, major components, parts, tooling’s procurement and sales for wide body P2F conversion, specifically but not limited to the A330, Boeing 777, narrow body conversions of the B737-800BCF & A321P2F.
Support current and future stated engineering and certifications capabilities into phased deliverables over a 3-to-5-year transition/localization timeline. This process will involve STC feasibility, development, post modification & operational STC/AOC support involving DER, DOS, POA, Part-145 CCAR, AOC and related approvals. This will also include Mobile Repair Teams (MRT) and deployable engineers.
Support ERP, MES and quality control supply chain resources.

AIR FRAME
SALES
Cross Bridge team buys and sells whole and fully assembled aircraft through our dealer network and our in-house inventory and sales team. We provide brokerage and escrow support through our trusted partners. We also perform a pre-purchase evaluation of the aircraft's logbooks, damage history, and regulatory compliance.

AVIATION TECHNICAL
SUPPORT
Cross Bridge specializes engineering and troubleshooting assistance provided to airlines, maintenance crews, and operators to ensure aircraft airworthiness, safety, and operational efficiency. PARTS
Cross Bridge fully understands that aviation part is any tangible component, assembly, or material approved for installation on a type-certificated aircraft. These parts must meet strict regulatory standards for safety, durability, and performance to maintain an aircraft's airworthiness. We work with the following categories. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), PMA (Parts Manufacture Approval), and TSO (Technical Standard Order.

P2F PROGRAM
Cross Bridge specializes in supporting industrial programs that modify retired or older passenger airplanes into dedicated cargo aircraft. These programs extend the lifespan of reliable airframes while costing significantly less than purchasing new production freighters. This process is in support of our host national clients. This process involves Interior Stripping, Structural Reinforcement, Cargo Door Installation, and System Upgrades.

MOBILE REPAIR
TEAMS
Our Mobile Service Team (MST) or traveling technician unit, is a specialized group of certified aviation mechanics and engineers who travel directly to a grounded aircraft to perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs. Our MRTR team is designed to provide rapid, on-demand support wherever an aircraft happens to be, eliminating the costly downtime and logistical nightmare of ferrying a broken aircraft to a major maintenance hub.

GROUND HANDLING
Cross Bridge ground handling encompasses the wide range of essential services provided to an aircraft, its passengers, and crew while it is parked at an airport. These tasks are designed to facilitate safe, efficient "turnarounds" between flights and are critical for keeping flight schedules on time. Ramp and Aircraft services, Pushback and Towing, Marshalling, Ground Power and Climate, Passenger and Baggage Handling, Cabin and Flight Operations, Fueling.
